AutoFill Terms of Use & Subscription Terms

1. Service

AutoFill is a project-costing and BOQ assistance service for construction, fit-out, event production and related work. It can import supported BOQ files, prepare cost estimates, organise pricing evidence, calculate markups and VAT, and provide project-working tools.

2. Estimates and professional review

AutoFill outputs may include AI-generated estimates, historical references, published material references and user-provided rates. Unless a rate is explicitly marked as confirmed evidence, it is a budgeting estimate and not a supplier quotation, engineering approval, tender guarantee or promise of market availability. Users remain responsible for reviewing quantities, specifications, scope, supplier validity, taxes, engineering requirements and final commercial offers before relying on an output.

3. Accounts, privacy and customer data

Users are responsible for keeping account access secure and for the accuracy and legality of uploaded content. AutoFill stores project workspace data to provide the service. Payment-card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by AutoFill. The Privacy Notice explains the categories of information processed, AI/service providers, retention and deletion controls.

4. Paid access

Paid plans are priced in Saudi riyals (SAR) as shown before checkout. Access starts only after the payment provider confirms a successful payment. If recurring billing is not enabled for the merchant profile, a successful payment may instead provide access for the stated access period.

5. Recurring subscriptions

When recurring billing is offered, the checkout creates a PayTabs recurring agreement for the amount and billing frequency shown before payment. By completing checkout, the customer authorises recurring charges under that agreement until it is cancelled. The next billing amount and frequency must match the plan displayed by AutoFill at checkout.

6. Cancellation

When a recurring PayTabs agreement is active, AutoFill provides a cancellation action in the account area. After PayTabs confirms cancellation, future recurring charges stop. If the current billing period has already been successfully paid, AutoFill access continues until the end of that paid period and then ends unless a new plan is purchased. Cancellation does not reverse or refund a payment that has already been successfully processed. One-time access does not create a recurring agreement.

7. Failed, reversed or disputed payments

AutoFill may suspend paid features if the payment provider reports that a payment failed, was cancelled, reversed, disputed or is otherwise no longer valid. The service does not treat opening a checkout page as proof of payment.

8. Refunds

Refund requests, where applicable, are reviewed according to the circumstances of the transaction, the service already provided and applicable law. Contact the merchant before initiating a payment dispute so the transaction can be reviewed.

9. Acceptable use

Users must not misuse the service, attempt to bypass account or payment controls, upload unlawful content, interfere with security controls, or use AutoFill outputs to misrepresent unverified estimates as confirmed supplier or engineering evidence.

10. Availability and changes

Features, supported file formats, AI services, reference sources and third-party payment functionality may change. AutoFill may limit or suspend a feature for security, maintenance, provider outages or abuse prevention. Material changes to paid subscription terms should be reflected before a new purchase or renewal is accepted.

11. Operator contact and applicable rights

AutoFill is provided by the merchant identified in the customer's checkout, subscription or invoice records. Billing, support and privacy requests should be sent through the merchant/support contact provided with those records or the customer's AutoFill service relationship. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer, privacy or other rights that apply under governing law.
